This section of the site will hopefully explain more about the service and what you can expect as a member.
About Me
My name is Richard Anderson and I have been specialising in betting on darts for over a decade now. The key to my continued profitability is my inside knowledge of the darts tour and being able to translate that into judging what is and what is not a value bet. I have various contacts throughout the darting world, including many of the players themselves, and the information that brings is a big edge over the bookmakers.
Results
The total profit since the inception of the service currently stands at 186pts - a 33% ROI. The general consensus is that for a tipping service to be condidered top class it must produce a long term profit on investment of 10% - ie a profit of £10 for every £100 staked. OnTheOche has produced a long term profit of 36% - a profit of £33 for every £100 staked. You can find full details of our results in our results section here
Proofing
All bets are proofed in advance to the Secret Betting Club and ProGambler who both monitor and review betting services and systems for their members.
Recommended Bets
The bets are generally sent no later than 10.30 am the day of the game. Full in-depth analysis will always be sent with the recommended bets. I would never recommend a bet without letting you know why I beleive it is a good investment.
What I Bet On
Since October 2008 I only recommend official bets (ie those that count towards the figures) in those events on TV. The reasons for this is that 1) the TV events are our most profitable area as we are able to bet on individual matches instead of just tournament winner in the smaller off-TV events. 2) Every bookmaker prices up the TV events while only a handfull have odds out for the off-TV events.
Staking
I would strongly advise that you set aside a "betting bank" which is totally seperate from the money you normally use for living expenses etc. This must be sufficient to sustain losing runs which are an inevitable part of gambling. I would recommend a minimum bank of 25pts.
As much as we try to avoid losing runs, in the course of a full year's betting they are unfortunatly inevitable. It would be folly to say otherwise and it would be folly to think you can regularly back in any sport without having to go through the dreaded losing run. The important thing is to a) make sure your betting bank is sufficient and b) take the long-term view.
Membership
Membership to OnTheOche costs just £300 for 12 months or £175 for 6 months. Working out at the equivalent of £5.76 per week hopefully you will feel you are getting real value for money for the quality of information you will receive.
The majority of services with similar long term records charge £1,000+ for their service so I'd like to feel there is a real value for money at just £300.

Payment for membership can be made via Paypal, Moneybookers, debit or credit card, bank transfer or cheque.
