Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age or older as local gambling law dictates and must ensure that gambling is legal in their territory. Anyone signing up to OnTheOche and then being found to be either under the legal gambling age for their country or being based in a country where gambling is illegal will have their membership immediatly terminated with no refund given for time remaining.
All betting information from OnTheOche must be used ONLY by the member whose name is entered in the registration form. Anyone found to be passing on the selections in any way, shape or form will have their membership terminated immediatly with no refund given for time remaining on subscription and legal action will be commenced.
Members must be aware that while results were profitable in the past and that we are very hopeful of that continuing, OnTheOche is unable to 100% guarantee that that will be the case and is not bound by any assurance that profits will be achieved.
We cannot be held responsible for failed mailservers at the subscriber end of the agreement. If you do not receive the daily email at any time it is your responsibility to contact our administration team via the contact methods advertised on our site. If we are aware that our service will be unavailable for any reason, we will do our utmost to inform all users in advance.
Any subscriber to our service who cannot access the service when we are at fault will receive free extra time on their membership.
We will seek legal redress for any payment attempted to be made via fraudulent means and we will co-operate fully with the authorities to bring offenders to justice.
It is the responsibilty of the user to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to subscribe to OnTheOche. We will allow a 2 day period from when your payment is made for you to get in touch with us and let us know if you did not mean to make the payment. After that time for our own security no refund will be given under any circumstances.
